I created NŪSH out of a long-standing curiosity about how food connects us — to the land, to culture, and to one another.
My background is rooted in agricultural heritage systems, exploring how biodiversity and ecology shape resilient food cultures. Over time, I moved beyond theory to bring this understanding into lived, sensory experience.
I also serve as co-chair of transfoodmation, a global network of young food systems activists and scientists. Since 2019, I have contributed to shaping a shared vision for more sustainable and equitable food systems, including work connected to the UN Food Systems Summit.
Today, NŪSH creates interactive food experiences that invite a different way of relating to what we eat — through taste, perception, and direct engagement.
Working with plant-based, whole ingredients, each experience is grounded in diversity, seasonality, and how food feels in the body.
NŪSH is still small. Hands-on. Evolving.
